Donation Cancellation Policy

Donations once successfully processed are generally considered final and non-cancellable because they are voluntary contributions made for social welfare purposes.

• Donors are requested to verify donation amount and personal details before making payment.
• Incorrect donations due to accidental or technical errors may be reviewed individually.
• Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the transaction.
• Life Culture Foundation reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests after verification.

Refund Policy

Life Culture Foundation may consider refund requests only in genuine cases such as duplicate transactions, wrong amount paid by mistake, payment gateway error or technical payment failure.

• Refund approval is subject to internal verification and payment proof.
• Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days depending on bank/payment gateway process.
• Refunds will usually be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.
• Payment gateway charges, bank charges or transaction charges may be deducted if applicable.
